We have had a couple of 3rd party responsible liability claims on our property caused by the opposite party, which should be paid by the other party's insurance company. State Farm did not handle these claims properly in dealing with the other company. Even after so many calls and emails, no help from this agent's office."

"Terrible experience with this State Farm branch. I have a couple vintage specialty vehicles, and I was promised I would be taken care of with garage keeping, low mileage, and a perfect driving record. I was made to jump through hoops, sending images of each side of my vehicle, the engine, the interior, and garage where the vehicle is kept. After all of the correspondence work was done they promised a good rate under the antique classification. A month later my bill was over 3x the quoted rate and they unknowingly canceled my included road side assistance package. I called them only to get feedback that “underwriting says it doesn’t meet the specifications”. So I said, send me the page of specifications required to meet. “Oh there isn’t one, they just said it doesn’t qualify”. Ok why doesn’t it qualify? “Because underwriting said so” BAIT AND SWITCH tactics… extremely divisive business practices. Do not trust anything these agents tell you."
