"My name is Robert Ingram, Let's celebrate celebrate I've been driving about 60 years using different agencies as insurance carriers, Not all the experiences that I had with the agencies were bad but they could have been better, I was going through my Phone 1 day and State Farm caught my eye, It was time for me to renew my present insurance, I decided that I would give State Farm a try from the time someone answered the phone at State Farm first impression let me know that this was gonna be my insurance carrier, I know we'll forget the connect me with an agent his name was Victor, From that day Victor and the rest of the group treated me like family, Just can't say enough good things about the way I have been treated at State Farm, I really do believe that everyone should have the experience That I have shared with State Farm,Mr.Kevin Burgman, Victor and the rest of the team,continue to be the example that all business should follow,I now have one less worry,and for me and my family,That is a blessing,i am telling all to give State Farm a chance.

"I had the pleasure of speaking with Nicole, who assisted my grandma and I after she received a non-renewal notice in the mail. Understandably, my grandma was very worried and upset, but from the very beginning, Nicole was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring.

Nicole took the time to speak with underwriting to get additional information and walked us through what we could do next. We were able to provide photos showing that the necessary repairs had been completed, which she promptly forwarded for review. Thankfully, we received the great news that the repairs were accepted!

"Do you have a question about getting a policy? Angela won't answer emails or phone calls. Leave a message - Angela won't call you back. Send multiple emails, they all go unanswered. How about reaching out to Kevin Burgman directly? I don't know how - no response to email or phone calls. Imagine if you have a claim if there is no response to buying a policy. Avoid at all costs!!!"
